Cancellation & Refund
A seller may cancel a transaction under the following conditions:
- The payment for the order was unsuccessful. This includes scenarios such as failed payments, chargebacks, or cancelled transactions.
- The payment for the order was successful, and one of the following applies:
- The seller has agreed to the buyer’s request to cancel the order before it has been dispatched. In this case, the seller will issue a full refund to the buyer.
- The seller has chosen to refuse service and will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- The buyer did not receive the item, and the seller has issued a refund for the item. Refunding the shipping costs is optional unless the buyer paid through BaliSouk Payments, in which case a full refund (including shipping) is required.
- The buyer and seller have mutually agreed that the buyer will return the item for a refund. Once the seller receives the returned item, they will issue a refund for the item. Refunding shipping costs is optional unless the buyer paid via BaliSouk Payments, in which case a full refund is necessary.
Refunds at BaliSouk are processed once the seller has accepted the request. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The seller agrees to cancel the order before it is dispatched and has issued a full refund to the buyer.
- The seller decides to refuse service and has refunded the buyer in full, including the shipping costs.
- The buyer did not receive the item(s) ordered, and the seller refunds the cost of the item. Refunding the shipping cost is optional unless the payment was made through BaliSouk Payments, which requires a full refund, including shipping.
- If the buyer and seller agree that the item should be returned for a refund, the seller will issue the refund once they have received the item back. Refunding the shipping costs is optional unless BaliSouk Payments was used, in which case a full refund must be provided.
