At <strong>BaliSouk</strong>, every piece is <strong>handcrafted, custom-made, and produced exclusively upon order</strong> by certified Balinese artisans.
Because each item is uniquely created for every customer, <strong>we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started</strong>.

We maintain full transparency regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure a fair and clear experience for all our customers.

<h3>1. Order Cancellations (Before Production Only)</h3>
<p>
A cancellation may be accepted <strong>only if the item has not yet entered production</strong>.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at

<p>A cancellation may be approved in the following cases:</p>
<ul>
<li>The payment was unsuccessful (failed transaction, chargeback, etc.).</li>
<li>The seller agrees to cancel the order <strong>before production begins</strong>.</li>
<li>The seller decides to refuse service (in this situation, a <strong>full refund including shipping</strong> will be issued).</li>
</ul>

If the cancellation is approved, a <strong>full refund</strong> will be issued back to the original payment method.

<h3>2. No Returns on Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items</h3>
<p>
Because all furniture and décor items sold on BaliSouk are:

<ul>
<li>handcrafted,</li>
<li>custom-made,</li>
<li>produced upon request, and</li>
<li>often unique in materials, size, and finish,</li>
</ul>
<p>
<strong>returns are not accepted</strong> for these products.

This policy applies to all international orders, including those shipped to the <strong>United States</strong>.

<li><strong>Return shipping cost: Not applicable, as returns are not accepted</strong></li>

<h3>3. Refunds in Special Circumstances</h3>

A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

<li>The seller agrees to cancel the order <strong>before production</strong>.</li>
<li>The seller refuses service.</li>
<li>The buyer <strong>did not receive the item</strong>, and the seller issues a refund.</li>

In rare cases where a return is mutually agreed upon (for example, due to a logistics incident),
the refund will be processed once the item has been received by the seller.
Shipping costs may or may not be refunded depending on the situation and the payment method used.
