Cancellation & Refund

At BaliSouk, all furniture and décor pieces are handcrafted and produced exclusively upon order in Bali - Indonesia.

As each item is created specifically for the customer, our cancellation and refund policy follows a strict framework to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with international e-commerce standards.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Production Only)

An order may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, as materials, labor, and workshop scheduling have already been committed.

A cancellation request may be approved by BaliSouk in the following situations:

- The payment was unsuccessful or rejected by the bank

- Production has not yet started and BaliSouk approves the cancellation

- BaliSouk is unable to fulfill the order for operational reasons

If the cancellation is approved before production, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. No Returns on Handcrafted or Made-to-Order Items

All BaliSouk products are:

- handcrafted

- made to order

- produced upon request

- unique in dimensions, materials, and finishing

For these reasons, returns are not accepted under any circumstances for handcrafted or made-to-order items.

This policy applies to all international orders, including shipments to the United States.

In accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements:

- Return window: 0 days

- Return shipping cost: Not applicable (returns are not accepted)

3. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are issued only in the following cases, subject to review and approval by BaliSouk:

- The order is canceled before production begins

- BaliSouk is unable to fulfill the order

- The item is not delivered due to a verified logistics failure

In rare cases involving a confirmed logistics incident, a refund may be issued once the situation has been fully assessed.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All online transactions, contractual relationships, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by 11 Technology Group FZE.
