Cancellation & Refund

At BaliSouk, all furniture and decor pieces are created exclusively upon order in Bali, Indonesia.

As each item is prepared specifically for the customer, our cancellation and refund policy follows a strict framework designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and compliance with international e-commerce standards.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Preparation Only)

An order may be canceled only if preparation has not yet started.

Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled, as materials, scheduling, and allocation have already been confirmed.

A cancellation request may be approved by BaliSouk in the following situations:

- The payment was unsuccessful or rejected by the bank

- Preparation has not yet started and BaliSouk approves the cancellation

- BaliSouk is unable to fulfill the order for operational reasons

If the cancellation is approved before preparation begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Exclusive BaliSouk Creations

All BaliSouk products are created exclusively upon order or produced in limited quantities using premium materials and refined finishing standards.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that variations in shape, proportions, dimensions, color tones, textures, and finishing details may naturally occur.

These variations are inherent to the exclusive nature of BaliSouk creations and shall not be considered defects, faults, or non-conformity under any circumstances.

As preparation begins shortly after an order is confirmed, orders are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Accordingly, such variations shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, return, refund, dispute, or chargeback, and the Customer expressly waives any right to claim otherwise on this basis.

3. No Returns on Exclusive Creations

All BaliSouk products are:

- created exclusively upon order

- produced in limited quantities

- unique in dimensions, materials, and finishing

For these reasons, returns are not accepted under any circumstances for BaliSouk creations.

This policy applies to all international orders, including shipments to the United States.

In accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements:

- Return window: 0 days

- Return shipping cost: Not applicable (returns are not accepted)

4. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are issued only in the following cases, subject to review and approval by BaliSouk:

- The order is canceled before preparation begins

- BaliSouk is unable to fulfill the order

- The item is not delivered due to a verified logistics issue

In rare cases involving a confirmed logistics incident, a refund may be issued once the situation has been fully assessed.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
