Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed on balisouk.com:

- Your payment is securely processed

- Your order is confirmed in our system

- You receive a confirmation email with all order details

Your order is handled directly by BaliSouk, which remains your sole point of contact throughout the entire process.

Step 2: Preparation Phase

Most BaliSouk pieces are prepared exclusively upon order or produced in limited quantities.

After order confirmation:

- Your order enters the preparation phase in Bali

- Materials and finishing elements are carefully organized

- Your piece is prepared according to BaliSouk’s quality standards

Once preparation has started, the process cannot be modified or interrupted.

Step 3: Quality Control & Shipping

Before shipment:

- Each piece undergoes a final quality inspection

- Finishing, structure, and overall presentation are carefully reviewed

- The item is securely packaged for international transportation

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information allowing you to follow your order’s journey from Bali to your destination.
