These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BaliSouk website and all related services. By accessing, browsing, or using the website, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If the User does not agree with these Terms, access to and use of the website must be discontinued immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, “BaliSouk” refers to the BaliSouk brand and its official website. “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the website. “Customer” refers to any User placing an order. “Products” refer to all items offered for sale.

BaliSouk specializes in premium Bali-inspired furniture, home supplies, and decorative pieces created using natural materials and refined finishing techniques. All Products are created in limited quantities or exclusively upon order and are not mass-produced.

By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that each Product is unique and that variations are inherent to the nature of premium handcrafted creations.

All BaliSouk Products are individually created using natural materials such as wood, rattan, stone, linen, and refined natural textures. As a result, variations in shape, proportions, dimensions, color tones, textures, grain, weaving patterns, structural details, and overall appearance may naturally occur. These variations are not defects and are part of the identity of the Product.

The Customer expressly agrees that any such variations, including differences between website images and the delivered Product, shall not be considered defects, faults, misrepresentation, or non-conformity under any circumstances.

Product images, renders, and descriptions are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only. Due to lighting, photography, screen display differences, and the unique nature of BaliSouk creations, the final delivered Product may differ slightly in appearance from images displayed on the website. The Customer acknowledges and accepts these differences at the time of purchase.

All orders are final. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order enters preparation, allocation, or creation. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, regardless of reason, including but not limited to change of mind, expectation mismatch, or perceived differences.

The Customer expressly acknowledges that BaliSouk operates on an exclusive made-for-sale model and that the commencement of preparation or creation constitutes irreversible execution of the order.

Accordingly, the Customer agrees that variations inherent to handcrafted creations shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, return, refund, dispute, claim, or chargeback. The Customer expressly waives any right to dispute a transaction on the basis of product variation, appearance differences, or subjective dissatisfaction.

BaliSouk reserves the right to provide additional documentation, including preparation photos, quality control images, or specifications, at its sole discretion. Such materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not alter the nature of the Product or the Customer’s acceptance of handcrafted variations.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, port charges, handling fees, customs clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by authorities or third parties in the destination country. All such charges remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on preparation schedules, logistics, customs procedures, and external factors. BaliSouk shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaliSouk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of Products. Where liability cannot be excluded, BaliSouk’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product in question.

Users agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. BaliSouk reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders prior to preparation, or restrict access in case of violation of these Terms.

All website content, including text, visuals, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms and applicable jurisdiction.
