BaliSouk designs and creates premium furniture and decor pieces exclusively upon order.

Due to the exclusive and made-for-sale nature of our creations, returns are not accepted in any country, including the United States, once preparation has started.

Each piece is prepared specifically for the customer using selected materials and refined finishing standards. As a result, returned items cannot be resold or reused.

This policy applies to all destinations worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and other international locations.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.

Once preparation has started, cancellations, returns, and refunds are no longer possible, as materials, scheduling, and allocation have already been confirmed.

Exceptional Situations

A refund may be issued solely in the following exceptional cases:

- The order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled by BaliSouk

- The item is confirmed as lost during international shipping

- A verified preparation issue is acknowledged by BaliSouk

In such cases, refunds are processed at BaliSouk’s discretion and issued to the original payment method.

Exclusive BaliSouk Creations

All BaliSouk products are created exclusively upon order or produced in limited quantities using premium materials and refined finishing standards.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that variations in shape, proportions, dimensions, color tones, textures, and finishing details may naturally occur.

These variations are inherent to the exclusive nature of BaliSouk creations and shall not be considered defects, faults, or non-conformity under any circumstances.

As preparation begins shortly after an order is confirmed, orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Accordingly, such variations shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, return, refund, dispute, or chargeback, and the Customer expressly waives any right to claim otherwise on this basis.

BaliSouk is the direct seller of all products offered on this website.

All products are designed, prepared, sold, and shipped directly by BaliSouk under its own brand identity.
