Return Policy

BaliSouk designs and produces handcrafted furniture and home décor made exclusively to order.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our creations, returns are not accepted in any country, including the United States, once production has started.

Each piece is created specifically for the customer, using selected materials and traditional production techniques. As a result, returned items cannot be resold or reused.

This policy applies to all destinations worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and other international locations.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations, returns, and refunds are no longer possible, as materials and labor have already been allocated.

Exceptional Situations

A refund may be issued solely in the following exceptional cases:

- The order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled by BaliSouk

- The item is confirmed as lost during international shipping

- A proven production issue is acknowledged by BaliSouk

In such cases, refunds are processed at BaliSouk’s discretion and issued to the original payment method.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Products

All BaliSouk products are made-to-order and individually handcrafted using natural materials.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that variations in shape, proportions, dimensions, color tones, textures, weaving patterns, and construction details will naturally occur as part of the artisanal production process.

These variations are inherent to handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects, faults, or non-conformity under any circumstances.

As production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Accordingly, such variations shall not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, return, refund, dispute, or chargeback, and the Customer expressly waives any right to claim otherwise on this basis.

Seller Information

BaliSouk is the direct seller of all products offered on this website.

All products are designed, produced, sold, and shipped directly by BaliSouk.
No third-party sellers or marketplaces are involved.
