At BaliSouk, each piece is prepared, allocated, or reserved specifically for your order, ensuring an exclusive and premium experience from start to finish.

All shipments are insured during international transportation at no additional cost. Your order is protected throughout its journey from Bali to the destination country, subject to applicable transportation conditions.

What to expect

All BaliSouk products are created exclusively upon order, produced in limited quantities, or prepared from limited stock. Once your order is confirmed, your piece is immediately allocated or enters preparation specifically for you.

Preparation typically takes between 2 and 20 days depending on the product, materials, finish, dimensions, and specifications.

Once ready, your order is carefully packed and shipped internationally from Bali.

Delivery timelines generally range from 1 to 6 weeks depending on destination, shipping method, customs procedures, transportation conditions, and destination-country handling. These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside BaliSouk’s control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size, weight, volume, packaging requirements, shipping method, and destination of your order. The final shipping amount is displayed before checkout or confirmed prior to shipment when applicable.

Smaller items may be transported by air when appropriate. Larger furniture pieces are generally transported by sea, which is the standard and most efficient method for international furniture transportation.

Shipping prices cover international transportation services from Bali to the destination country only unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing by BaliSouk.

International shipping conditions

BaliSouk sells and ships internationally from Bali, Indonesia. International shipping is provided under destination-country delivery conditions where import-related charges are excluded unless explicitly confirmed otherwise in writing by BaliSouk.

The product price and shipping price do not include import duties, customs taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, storage fees, local delivery fees, administrative fees, or any other destination-country governmental or customs-related charges.

These destination-related charges vary by country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Additional destination-country charges may be requested before the shipment can be released, cleared, collected, or delivered.

The customer acts as the official importer of record and is solely responsible for customs clearance, import compliance, payment of local duties and taxes, and providing any requested documentation.

Delivery scope and destination handling may vary depending on shipment type, transportation method, destination country, local regulations, and shipping configuration.

Additional customs clearance, local coordination, collection procedures, appointment scheduling, or destination handling may be required before the shipment can be released or delivered.

Failure by the customer to complete customs clearance procedures, pay required destination charges, provide requested documentation, or comply with local import requirements may result in delays, additional fees, return, abandonment, destruction, or loss of the shipment. BaliSouk cannot be held responsible for these situations.

No refund, cancellation, chargeback, compensation, or claim shall be accepted where delays, failed delivery, storage fees, return, abandonment, destruction, or additional costs result from customs procedures, import regulations, unpaid charges, missing documentation, customer inaction, or refusal to accept the shipment.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking updates depend on the transportation method, international route, and destination-country systems.

BaliSouk provides shipment follow-up and assistance whenever possible but does not control customs systems, transportation systems, or destination-country operations.

Important notice about BaliSouk creations

All BaliSouk products are created using premium natural materials such as solid wood, teak, rattan, stone, linen, and other refined materials.

By nature, natural materials and exclusive finishing processes may result in variations in shape, proportions, dimensions, color tones, textures, grain patterns, finishing details, and overall appearance.

These characteristics are inherent to the identity of the product. They are not defects, faults, or non-conformity.

Product images, lifestyle visuals, studio images, videos, and staging elements are provided for inspiration and presentation purposes. Actual products may differ due to material uniqueness, lighting conditions, screen settings, photography angles, and finishing variations.

Made-for-sale and final sale policy

All BaliSouk products are considered exclusive creations prepared, allocated, reserved, or produced specifically for each customer order.

Once an order is confirmed and preparation, allocation, packing, or shipping has started, the order cannot be modified, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that natural material variations, finishing differences, preparation timelines, international shipping timelines, customs procedures, destination charges, and import responsibilities are part of the BaliSouk ordering process.

Customer acknowledgment

By placing an order on BaliSouk, the customer explicitly confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all product characteristics, natural material variations, delivery scope, shipping timelines, customs responsibilities, import duties, taxes, destination-related charges, and final sale conditions.

This acknowledgment forms a binding agreement between the customer and BaliSouk and cannot be disputed on the basis of misunderstanding, expectation mismatch, lack of awareness, customs charges, import duties, local fees, material variations, delivery timelines, or destination-country procedures.
