Custom furniture is manufactured specifically according to approved customer specifications. For this reason, customized and made-to-order products are generally final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Eligible BaliSouk furniture is covered by our five-year furniture warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms, correct installation, normal use, and appropriate care. Natural variations in wood, rattan, stone, color, grain, texture, and handcrafted finishes are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
