The AD 3 Drawer Desk is a teak wood desk designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 120 × 50 cm and 75 cm high. Solid, quiet and warm under the hand: the kind of desk you keep for twenty years.
Teak has long been the wood of choice in Indonesia for pieces meant to last, thanks to a dense grain and natural oils that protect it from humidity. In our Indonesian workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step, by cabinetmakers who have done nothing else for twenty years. No polish, no wax, no special product: a dry cloth, and teak oil once in a while.
Surround it with texture — a rattan basket, a linen cushion, an unglazed bowl — rather than more colour. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
