Say hello to the Alegre Living Set: a rattan living set crafted by Balinese artisans in the white wash nc clear top coat finish. One choice, a complete setting: the pieces are designed to work together in shape, material and finish.
Light but resilient, rattan is one of the most versatile natural fibres, as happy in curved frames as in fine, tight weaves. The weave is built row after row by hand, following techniques passed down through generations of Balinese craftspeople. Natural rattan meets natural leather, a pairing that brings contrast and depth to the design. Hand weaving leaves subtle irregularities in the pattern, the proof that every piece was made by hand. A soft brush and a slightly damp cloth are all it needs; keep it sheltered from rain and strong sun.
Add cushions, a rug and a few lanterns to create a space that feels like a Bali villa. It fits naturally into boho, tropical and organic modern interiors, where handmade pieces take centre stage.
