The Amora Chair pairs recycled teak legs with an aluminium and polyrattan frame, dressed with a fitted cushion for everyday comfort. This mixed-material construction brings together the character of reclaimed wood with the practicality and weather resistance of aluminium and synthetic weaving built specifically for genuine outdoor exposure.
Recycled teak used for the legs carries its own history and grain variation, while the aluminium frame above provides genuine structural lightness and resistance to the moisture and temperature swings of outdoor use that solid timber alone would struggle to withstand over years of exposure. Polyrattan weaving replicates the texture of natural rattan while offering greater durability for pieces exposed to regular weather, resisting the fading and brittleness natural fibre can develop outdoors.
The fitted cushion adds practical comfort suited to extended outdoor sitting, its fabric chosen to withstand sun exposure and occasional moisture without fading or deteriorating quickly, an important consideration for genuinely outdoor furniture that sees daily use across changing seasons.
Combining reclaimed timber with more contemporary, weather-engineered materials also reflects a considered approach to sustainability, giving salvaged wood a renewed function alongside materials specifically developed for longevity in outdoor conditions.
For terraces and gardens within a bali furniture story that also needs practical, weather-resistant materials, the Amora offers a considered balance — reclaimed wood character paired with materials built specifically for outdoor longevity and everyday reliability.

Because the aluminium frame beneath the polyrattan weave doesn't rust or corrode the way an iron frame eventually might in a humid or coastal environment, this chair is a particularly practical choice for genuinely exposed outdoor settings near the sea or in consistently damp climates. A genuinely durable, comfortable choice for any outdoor terrace or garden. A dependable, durable choice for any terrace. Timeless. A quiet favorite. Easy to love. Hard to overlook. Worth the investment. A considered choice. Genuinely comfortable. Genuinely practical. Genuinely versatile. Genuinely dependable. Genuinely considered.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using natural materials. Subtle variations in shape, proportions, color tones, and weaving details are inherent to artisanal production and part of the uniqueness of every creation.
Exceptional materials. Handcrafted by our artisans in Bali. Made to last. Every BaliSouk creation brings authentic boho and bohemian style together with skilled craftsmanship, traditional craft techniques and direct-from-Bali value.
Two signatures of boho and bohemian furniture come together: solid teak for strength, stability and long-lasting character, and natural rattan for warmth, texture and skilled handwoven detail. Both are worked by our artisans in Bali.
Our artisans in Bali prepare, assemble, weave, sand, detail and finish this boho and bohemian piece through multiple stages of skilled handcrafted work.
Our boho and bohemian furniture and decor draw on the craft traditions for which Bali is known. Our artisans shape, assemble, weave, carve, sand and finish by hand according to the needs of each piece.
True boho and bohemian style is not about disposable trends. BaliSouk pieces combine considered materials, skilled craftsmanship and careful construction so they can remain part of a home for years to come.
Your BaliSouk boho and bohemian piece is made to order and handcrafted in Bali by our own artisans. We do not outsource the craftsmanship to external artisans: human skill remains at the heart of every stage.
