The Anak 2 Drawer Desk is a teak wood desk designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 90 × 50 cm and 75 cm high. Solid, quiet and warm under the hand: the kind of desk you keep for twenty years.
The grain runs long and straight, with the occasional ripple where a branch once grew — the wood's own record of how it lived. In our Indonesian workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step, by cabinetmakers who have done nothing else for twenty years. Left alone outdoors it will silver into a soft grey patina; a light sanding and an oil brings the honey colour straight back.
Paired with earthy tones, natural fibres and a jute rug, it creates a warm, layered boho living room. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
