Knots, grain lines and subtle shifts of colour are the signature of real teak, not flaws to hide. Every piece passes through the same small workshop in Jepara, where one craftsman follows it from the first cut to the final sanding. No polish, no wax, no special product: a dry cloth, and teak oil once in a while.
