Teak is a tropical hardwood naturally rich in oils, which is why it has been trusted for centuries in boats, temples and homes across Indonesia. Our artisans in Bali cut, shape and sand each part by hand before assembling it with traditional joinery. Solid teak meets wood-based board, a pairing that brings contrast and depth to the design. Knots, grain lines and subtle shifts of colour are the signature of real teak, not flaws to hide. A wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day, and an occasional teak oil keeps its warm tone alive.
