The Funny Chair is a teak chair designed and handmade in Bali in the natural finish, measuring 54 × 50 cm and 76 cm high. Its handcrafted lines bring instant warmth and a relaxed, holiday feel to a living room or terrace.
Teak is a tropical hardwood naturally rich in oils, which is why it has been trusted for centuries in boats, temples and homes across Indonesia. Our artisans in Bali cut, shape and sand each part by hand before assembling it with traditional joinery. Its colour evolves over time, gaining depth indoors and a soft silver patina if left untreated outside. Low-maintenance by nature, teak asks for little more than a gentle clean and, if you like, a touch of oil once or twice a year.
