The Gecena Dining Table combines reclaimed teak wood with distinctive X-shaped legs in a knock-down construction, its considerable 200 by 90 by 78 centimetre proportions and 6-centimetre top thickness bringing real substantial character.
Choosing reclaimed teak over new timber gives the table genuine sustainable credentials, the wood salvaged from structures or furniture that has already lived a first life before being reshaped into this considered centrepiece.
The distinctive X-shaped leg design offers genuine structural stability across the table's considerable 200-centimetre span, the geometric form bringing a more sculptural, contemporary quality beneath the reclaimed timber top.
The knock-down construction offers straightforward assembly at the final destination, also reducing shipping volume considerably compared to a fully assembled table of the same dimensions, a practical benefit for overseas orders.
Because this piece is also featured among the collection's outdoor dining tables, its construction offers genuine durability suited to both a covered terrace and an indoor dining room setting throughout the year.
Within a bali furniture dining room or terrace, the Gecena brings genuine sustainable craftsmanship and sculptural leg design together. Because reclaimed teak is sourced from previously used timber rather than freshly harvested trees, choosing this table also supports more sustainable, considered material sourcing. Genuinely considered, genuinely well-made, and built to last for years of regular use throughout a home. A dependable, versatile choice suited to both everyday use and more considered entertaining occasions. Genuinely distinctive within the wider collection, and increasingly popular among buyers seeking authentic craftsmanship. Built to age gracefully, this piece rewards the kind of daily use that lesser furniture simply cannot withstand. A lasting favorite among buyers who value genuine handcraft over uniform, mass-produced alternatives. Exceptional materials. Handcrafted by our artisans in Bali. Made to last. Every BaliSouk creation brings authentic boho and bohemian style together with skilled craftsmanship, traditional craft techniques and direct-from-Bali value.
Our boho and bohemian teak furniture is handcrafted from solid teak, one of the world's most prized furniture timbers. Naturally rich in protective oils and valued for stability, strength and longevity, teak is chosen for furniture designed to be kept rather than quickly replaced.
From material preparation and assembly to hand sanding, detailing and finishing, every stage passes through the skilled hands of our artisans in Bali.
Our boho and bohemian furniture and decor draw on the craft traditions for which Bali is known. Our artisans shape, assemble, weave, carve, sand and finish by hand according to the needs of each piece.
True boho and bohemian style is not about disposable trends. BaliSouk pieces combine considered materials, skilled craftsmanship and careful construction so they can remain part of a home for years to come.
Your BaliSouk boho and bohemian piece is made to order and handcrafted in Bali by our own artisans. We do not outsource the craftsmanship to external artisans: human skill remains at the heart of every stage.
BaliSouk supplies private customers and international retailers. Buying directly from Bali gives you access to authentic handcrafted boho and bohemian furniture and decor before the additional layers of wholesale, distribution and traditional retail markup.
