Recycled teak keeps the density and natural oils of the original timber while giving older wood a new purpose. From raw timber to final finish, the piece passes through the hands of skilled Balinese woodworkers. Old joints, fine cracks and variations of tone remain visible, giving each piece a patina no new wood can imitate. Seasoned by time, recycled teak is remarkably stable and only asks for a regular dusting and an occasional wax or oil.
