The Laci 3X3 Chest Of Drawers is a teak wood chest of drawers designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 180 × 45 cm and 80 cm high. Drawer after drawer of real storage, in a piece you are happy to look at.
The grain runs long and straight, with the occasional ripple where a branch once grew — the wood's own record of how it lived. It is built the slow way — hand-cut joinery, hand sanding through three grits, and a finish applied in thin coats rather than sprayed on. Left alone outdoors it will silver into a soft grey patina; a light sanding and an oil brings the honey colour straight back.
Layer it with linen, a woven basket and a soft light for a calm, resort-like bedroom. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials. Hospitality projects order it by the container: it holds up to constant use without losing its character.
