Balinese woodworkers shape every piece by hand, taking the time to smooth each edge and curve. The combination of solid teak and woven rope gives the piece both strength and a softer, tactile side. Its colour evolves over time, gaining depth indoors and a soft silver patina if left untreated outside. A wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day, and an occasional teak oil keeps its warm tone alive.
