Left outside, teak has been the boatbuilder's wood for centuries; a garden is a gentle posting by comparison. Nothing here comes off a production line: the joints are cut by hand, the surfaces sanded by hand, and each piece signed off one at a time. Leave it to silver, or sand lightly and re-oil once a year to hold the honey colour. Both are correct.
