The Miazaki Single is a teak wood terrace sofa designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 80 × 80 cm and 70 cm high. The piece that makes an outdoor space feel furnished rather than decorated.
Our teak comes from managed plantations on Java, where trees are left to reach full maturity — the dense, oily heartwood is what makes outdoor teak last. Jepara has been Java's woodworking town for four centuries, and the hands that build this piece learned the trade from their fathers. Rain does it no harm. Keep it off permanently wet ground and it will outlast the house.
Group it around a low table, add cushions in sand and clay tones, and the terrace is done. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials. It is specified regularly for resorts, beach clubs and villa pools, where it has to look good and survive daily use.
