The Montana Bed Side Table is a teak wood bed side table with real handcrafted character, measuring 50 × 40 cm and 50 cm high. A book, a lamp, a glass of water: everything the night needs, close at hand.
Solid teak brings a warm, honeyed tone and a tight, straight grain that feels smooth and substantial under the hand. Jepara has been Java's woodworking town for four centuries, and the hands that build this piece learned the trade from their fathers. Left alone outdoors it will silver into a soft grey patina; a light sanding and an oil brings the honey colour straight back.
Keep the palette to sand, chalk and wood and the room starts to feel like a villa. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
