The Mooi Coffee Table is a teak wood coffee table designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 120 × 60 cm and 45 cm high. Low, solid and full of character — a coffee table you style rather than hide.
The grain runs long and straight, with the occasional ripple where a branch once grew — the wood's own record of how it lived. It is built the slow way — hand-cut joinery, hand sanding through three grits, and a finish applied in thin coats rather than sprayed on. No polish, no wax, no special product: a dry cloth, and teak oil once in a while.
Put it against a lime-washed wall with a woven pendant above and the room is basically finished. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials. Thanks to its solid wood construction, it can also live on a covered terrace or veranda.
