The Natural Folding Batyline Chair is a teak wood terrace chair built to live outside, measuring 51 × 61 cm and 89 cm high. Light enough to move with one hand, solid enough to leave out all season.
Teak is the only tropical hardwood that carries its own protection: silica and natural oils locked inside the fibre, which is why it survives outside without treatment. The shaping, the assembly and the finishing are all done by hand, which is why two pieces of the same model are never quite twins. Leave it to silver, or sand lightly and re-oil once a year to hold the honey colour. Both are correct.
Set the table with stoneware and a single long candle and dinner outside becomes the plan. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
