The Paris Catania Chair is a handmade teak chair in the natural finish, measuring 60 × 80 cm and 73 cm high. It invites you to sit back, slow down and enjoy the moment, whether with a book or a cup of tea.
Few timbers age as gracefully as teak: its natural oils help it resist moisture and insects, and its honey-gold grain deepens with the years. In our Bali workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step. The combination of solid teak and synthetic rattan gives the piece both strength and a softer, tactile side. Its colour evolves over time, gaining depth indoors and a soft silver patina if left untreated outside. A wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day, and an occasional teak oil keeps its warm tone alive.
