The Rafless Bed Side Table is a teak wood bed side table designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 45 × 40 cm and 70 cm high. It finishes a bedroom the way a good bedside table should.
Our teak comes from managed plantations on Java, where trees are left to reach full maturity before being felled — which is why the grain is so tight. Nothing here comes off a production line: the joints are cut by hand, the surfaces sanded by hand, and each piece is signed off one at a time. No polish, no wax, no special product: a dry cloth, and teak oil once in a while.
Keep the palette to sand, chalk and wood and the room starts to feel like a villa. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
