Handcrafted in Bali, the Saint Tropez Daybed is a rattan daybed in the natural finish, 150 cm in diameter and 85 cm high. It is the ultimate invitation to rest: a place for naps, reading and long, lazy afternoons.
Light but resilient, rattan is one of the most versatile natural fibres, as happy in curved frames as in fine, tight weaves. Our Balinese weavers work the fibre strand by strand, building the pattern entirely by hand. The combination of natural rattan and fabric gives the piece both strength and a softer, tactile side. Hand weaving leaves subtle irregularities in the pattern, the proof that every piece was made by hand. A soft brush and a slightly damp cloth are all it needs; keep it sheltered from rain and strong sun.
Dress it with cushions and light curtains for the full Balinese pavilion effect. Combine it with woven pieces, ceramics and warm neutrals for a boho look that feels collected over time.
