The St Barth Lounge Footrest is a teak wood patio stool built to live outside, measuring 73 × 57 cm and 45 cm high. Pull it up to an outdoor bar and the evening starts properly.
Outdoors, teak silvers into a soft grey patina over a season or two — a change many people buy it for. It is built the slow way — hand-cut joinery, hand sanding through three grits, and a finish applied in thin coats rather than sprayed on. Rain does it no harm. Keep it off permanently wet ground and it will outlast the house.
