The Tiara Desk is a teak wood desk with real handcrafted character, measuring 120 × 50 cm and 75 cm high. It makes working from home feel less like an office and more like a retreat.
Every plank is air-dried for months before it is touched, so the wood has already done its moving by the time it becomes furniture. In our Indonesian workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step, by cabinetmakers who have done nothing else for twenty years. Left alone outdoors it will silver into a soft grey patina; a light sanding and an oil brings the honey colour straight back.
Paired with earthy tones, natural fibres and a jute rug, it creates a warm, layered boho living room. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
