The Timoner Desk is a teak wood desk designed and handmade in Indonesia, measuring 120 × 50 cm and 80 cm high. Storage where you need it, so the surface stays clear and the day stays calm.
The best teak is cut from the heart of the trunk, and that is the only part we use — it is denser, darker and far more stable than the outer sapwood. Every piece passes through the same small workshop in Jepara, where one craftsman follows it from the first cut to the final sanding. It is shipped knock-down — flat-packed and ready to assemble — which keeps the volume down, protects the piece in transit and makes it far easier to carry through doors and up stairs. A wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day, and an occasional teak oil keeps its warm tone alive.
Style it with a lamp, a stack of books and a vase to complete the composition. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
