Teak is a tropical hardwood naturally rich in oils, which is why it has been trusted for centuries in boats, temples and homes across Indonesia. Our artisans in Bali cut, shape and sand each part by hand before assembling it with traditional joinery. Its colour evolves over time, gaining depth indoors and a soft silver patina if left untreated outside. Shipped in knock-down (KD) form, it takes up less space in transit and is quick to assemble at home. A wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs day to day, and an occasional teak oil keeps its warm tone alive.
