Teak is a tropical hardwood naturally rich in oils, which is why it has been trusted for centuries in boats, temples and homes across Indonesia. Balinese woodworkers shape every piece by hand, taking the time to smooth each edge and curve. The combination of solid teak and wood-based board gives the piece both strength and a softer, tactile side. Its colour evolves over time, gaining depth indoors and a soft silver patina if left untreated outside.
