Teak is a tropical hardwood naturally rich in oils, which is why it has been trusted for centuries in boats, temples and homes across Indonesia. In our Bali workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step. Every plank carries its own grain pattern, so no two pieces look exactly alike. It is delivered knock-down (KD) to travel safely and economically, and assembles easily on arrival. Low-maintenance by nature, teak asks for little more than a gentle clean and, if you like, a touch of oil once or twice a year.
