Say hello to the Adivi TV Cabinet: a teak wood TV cabinet shaped by hand in our Java workshops, measuring 140 × 45 cm and 65 cm high. Low and generous, with room for everything the screen needs to disappear.
Run a hand along it and you feel the difference: a faint waxiness that is the wood's own oil, not a finish. In our Indonesian workshops, the wood is shaped, sanded and finished by hand, step by step, by cabinetmakers who have done nothing else for twenty years. Left alone outdoors it will silver into a soft grey patina; a light sanding and an oil brings the honey colour straight back.
Surround it with texture — a rattan basket, a linen cushion, an unglazed bowl — rather than more colour. It celebrates the boho way of living: slower, warmer and closer to natural materials.
